Shipping Policy

Orders are typically shipped the following business day, however, in many cases orders ship the same day.  

Our primary shipping method within the United States is U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation. On a case by case basis, our shipping department has the option to use a different method of shipping, such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. In all cases, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order ships.

Following shipment, orders are typically received by the purchaser within 3-5 business days; they sometimes arrive sooner and can take slightly longer in some cases. Order received on Saturday, Sunday or holidays ship on the next business day.

1. You will receive an e-mail from our system confirming the receipt of your order.  

2. You will receive an e-mail with the respective shippers tracking number.


Upon receipt of your international order, we will contact you via e-mail with your exact total (including shipping) and will then ship upon your approval via return e-mail. It is vital that you reply to our e-mail quoting the total amount for your order, including shipping, as we cannot ship until this authorization is received.

Payment Policy

Credit Cards
MR. LOGO accepts VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards for all purchases. We also accept PayPal and are a PayPal Certified Merchant. Your current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. Billing information must be able to be verified with the issuing bank. If this information cannot be verified with the bank, the order will result in a cancellation.

Check or Money Order
If you prefer, you may send a check, money order or cashiers check drawn on US funds to the address below. Prepaid orders will not ship until payment has been received. If you pay with a check, we will need to wait until the check has cleared your bank to ship your order.  Orders paid for with certified funds will ship upon receipt. We do not ship COD. Check or money order payments must include the price of the order, the shipping fee, and MO sales tax (for Missouri residents only).Call Customer Service at 866-730-4833 or 314-457-1100 for exact shipping rates.

The following must be included with your payment: your name, address, telephone number, quantity and product you wish to purchase. Please make check or money order payable to MR. LOGO USA.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on shipments to Missouri only.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened purchases within 10 days of the delivery date. Upon receipt, we will provide a credit, replacement, or refund subject to the conditions described below. All returns must be approved:

2. Ask for a Return Authorization Number (RA).

All returns must have the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened; therefore, all returns must be in their original factory packaging with the seal unbroken. We reserve the right to return opened products to the sender at the sender's expense. Defective items will be replaced with the same item, upon return.
